Airports

Facilities for people with disabilities in the airport

All airports will have their own facilities for people with disabilities and additional needs. The code of practice for access to air travel for disabled people may be found by clicking here.


The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) have produced a leaflet: Your passport to a smooth journey (Top tips for disabled and less mobile air passengers) click here to download from their website.


Tryb4uFly is a service for disabled children and adults in the UK, to view their website please click here. Tryb4uFly provide a number of services including in cabin assessments, information about flying with a disability, support to plan your trip and equipment hire to make your journey easier.
